Whether you are looking for a part you cannot find on our website or your product needs to be serviced, we suggest logging a support ticket. The following will go over the simple process of how to log a support ticket so we can best assist you.
Under service, select “Log a support ticket”.
Fill out the required fields. In the larger text box, include details like your product model, a description of the issue you are facing, and your location. The more information the better!

Once you have filled out the form, select “Send Feedback”.
After your support ticket has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a ticket number. Your ticket number will be used for reference to your case when communicating with our Customer Care Team.
Someone from our Customer Care Team will contact you via email to troubleshoot your problem and assist you.
In the rare instance the form is not working, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org about your issue. Please include as many details as possible so our team can help you efficiently. You will then receive a confirmation email with a ticket number.
