Within 14 days, if a customer has purchased an item from canadianspacompany.ca that is now offered at a lower price due to a mailing list offer, we will refund the difference of the price for the customer in the form of online credit.

Returns only valid with confirmed RMA number. Item must be returned at buyers cost. Customer subject to restocking fee of 10% the original cost of the item if the item is deemed unsellable as new. Product may only be returned within 30 days of original purchase. Items that were refused upon delivery will NOT be refunded. Installed control packs, spas, pumps and circuit boards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Subscriptions Cancellation and Refunds
Our subscriptions are set to auto-renew each year. Emails are sent out to notify the customer of this 4 months before the auto-renewal and again within 5 business days of the new purchase. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. If a prepaid subscription is cancelled after the first filter has been shipped out, the item becomes full price and is refunded the remainder of the subscription cost. For the full refund, the original filter must be returned at the customer's cost.
