Mailing List Offers:
Within 14 days, if a customer has purchased an item from canadianspacompany.ca that is now offered at a lower price due to a mailing list offer, we will refund the difference of the price for the customer in the form of online credit.
Important: This does not apply to discounted items sold during Boxing Week, Black Friday and Cyber Monday events.

Return Policy:
Returns only valid with confirmed RMA number. Item must be returned at buyers cost. Customer subject to restocking fee of 10% the original cost of the item if the item is deemed unsellable as new. Product may only be returned within 30 days of original purchase. Items that were refused upon delivery will NOT be refunded. Installed control packs, spas, pumps and circuit boards are final sale and cannot be returned.
Referral Policy:
Referred friend must purchase a new spa for the gift cards to be Distributed. One gift card will go to the referrer and one will go to the referee. Gift cards apply to purchases made through Canadian Spa Company. Gift card cannot be applied at purchase. Applicable only on approved pricing, demo models not included. Must buy direct though Canadian Spa Company. If you are referring a friend you must own a Canadian Spa hot tub.
Sales & Promotions:
Discounts, sales and promotions advertised on Canadian Spa Company's website only apply to purchases made directly with Canadian Spa Company. These sales and promotions are not redeemable at any of our retailers or dealers unless otherwise stated. All sales and promotions are subject to change without notice. Subscriptions Cancellation and Refunds
Our subscriptions are set to auto-renew each year. Emails are sent out to notify the customer of this 4 months before the auto-renewal and again within 5 business days of the new purchase. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. If a prepaid subscription is cancelled after the first filter has been shipped out, the item becomes full price and is refunded the remainder of the subscription cost. For the full refund, the original filter must be returned at the customer's cost.
